What motivated you to sign up for so many training courses?
I wanted to continue to improve my technical skills and keep updated on Voyager 7s, so I could provide excellent support to our clients.
What are some of the benefits you experienced from your training?
Knowledge growth in Voyager 7s software, how to troubleshoot problems, how to setup and fix certain issues.
Is there a favorite type of training that appeals to you the most (eLearning courses, YPE’s, classroom training) and why?
For me, I like eLearning the most. It allows you to self-pace your progress, gives you the option to stop as needed and return to continue when you have the time and I can review them and take notes for future reference.
Why would you recommend continued training to your peers and colleagues?
It’s always a good thing to take them as refresher courses or for learning new processes and products. I find the eLearning courses well-written and documented.
