The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has created 5 new and innovative courses about energy management and other sustainability initiatives.
After taking these courses, you will be able to track and measure energy consumption benchmark data, discover how energy conservation can enhance property values, identify retrofit opportunities, and calculate the value of those retrofit efforts.
Yardi helped to support the development of these courses with funding from its ongoing Energy Efficiency Grant program. This program aims to use education and technology to help reduce energy use in commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
